Did you catch the scent of fresh popcorn lingering in the hallways? Or maybe you saw teachers walking into class carrying unexpected roses? If you were on campus for International Women’s Day, you already know TAIE didn't hold back. Instead of just a standard announcement, we wanted to create an experience where everyone could actually pause, grab a bite, and take a moment to deeply acknowledge and express gratitude to the women who shape our community.
Between the cake slices and the pop-up surprises, we got into some genuinely inspiring conversations. We set up an interactive space to share fascinating facts from women's history and—more importantly—to hear from our students. We asked the campus to vote on the qualities that define a great female leader. Watching the board fill up was incredible, with Courage, Intelligence, and Vision taking the clear lead. It was a powerful reminder that these aren't just abstract concepts; they are the exact traits we see in our own students and staff every single day.
To everyone who hung out with us, cast a vote, or just shared a smile over some snacks—thank you. Whether you are leading a group project, speaking up for what's right, or simply showing kindness in the student lounge, you help us build a clear brand consistency of support and excellence at TAIE.
Keep shining, everyone! We can't wait for the next campus get-together.
