Every year, the Toronto waterfront marathon is held to raise money for charities. This year, TAIE students volunteered to support the runners. Here's a recap of the event.
Last weekend, TAIE students woke up bright and early to go cheer on the runners. We prepared snacks and helped runners check in their belongings. Even though it was a chilly day, the students were full of energy and enthusiasm.
The Toronto waterfront marathon is a great event for a good cause. TAIE students were tired but happy after such a fun event. Seeing everyone working hard to cross the finish line was inspiring. We can't wait to volunteer again next year!
