  • OSSC (Ontario Secondary School Courses) —— OSS courses include: Visual Arts, Music, Accounting, Geography, History, Economics, English 11, English 12, Writer¡¯s Craft, Society, Computer, Calculus, Data Management, Geometry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.Click here for more information.

  • UPC (University Preparation Courses) —— UPC is the right program for students with a foreign high school diploma. It covers English training, calculus, computer science and other OSS and UCCC courses. Click here for UPC Semesters and Starting Dates.

  • UCCC (University College Credit Courses) —— TAIE UCCC Program is designed to save students time and money. It gives students an opportunity to take university-level courses while still at TAIE. Most leading universities in Canada and The United States as well as eighteen other countries, such as Germany, France, Australia, and Britain, grant incoming students credit, placement, or both, for qualifying UCCC Examination grades.   • GSPC (Graduate School Preparation Courses) —— This program, designed for students applying to a masters program and for conditional offer,includes English Refreshment or Intensive Courses; English Proficiency Courses; College/University English with pre-requisite if needed; University Readiness skills, Research Methodology and Planning, Report Writing, Speed Reading, Presentation/Public Speaking and Leadership; Canadian Culture and Education.   • OSSDIC (Ontario Secondary School Diploma Independent Courses) —— This program is designed to shorten students' study period before entering university. Students can gain additional credits through independent learning with the help of tutoring if they pass the exams. OSSDIC courses use a results-and skills-based approach to achieving learning outcomes. Students are expected to take an active role in shaping the course to meet their needs and learning styles.Click here for more information.

  • EAP—— The program consists two courses (140, 145) offered jointly by University of Alberta and TAIE International Institute. It was designed to meet the needs of students who plan to go to university and need a practical and useful alternative to writing the TOEFL. These two courses will take about four months and enable students, who have passed the two courses, to enter the University of Alberta with the exemption of TOEFL score requirement.Click here for more information.

  • PST (Professional Skills Training) —— PST programs are designed to, through both academic study and on the job practice, provide students professional knowledge in the areas of technology, hospitality management, computer science and other applied skills. Certificates may be awarded by the TAIE Arts, Science and Commerce College.
