Admission Application Procedure
- Submit application form, last 3 years’ transcript and diploma if available.
- Submit application fee and tuition fee deposit.
- TAIE will eventually issue an Official Letter of Acceptance and Receipts.
- Apply student visa/study permit to the Immigration of Canada.
- Contact the Institute for the booking of airport pick-up and boarding arrangement
- Tuition will be refunded when visa is rejected.

Small size for all English classes, normally between 10-15 students/class.

Yes, for detailed visa/study permit inquiry, please contact our Education Consulting Office.
Refund Policy?
- The registration fee is not refundable to all students under any condition
- For students in Canada or those students who don't need a visa to visit Canada and plan to study at TAIE, tuition fees are not refundable once registered.
- For all other students who need or wish to apply a student permit to come to TAIE, a refund of tuition or other fees will only be made if the student visa is rejected. The following documents must be presented in order to process a refund.
- Application for refund in writing by student
- Original visa rejection letter issued by the Canadian Embassy
- Original Letter of Acceptance from TAIE and the receipt for payment of fees returned to the student from the Canadian Embassy
*Students who have had their visas approved will not be given a refund for any courses they may choose to cancel in the future.
Can I get an OSSD?
Yes, you can get an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from TAIE after you have met all the Ministry’s criteria.
Accommodation
We provide the best accommodation and meals services. The student cafeteria is inside the teaching building. Tuition
We are offering the most competitive tuition prices in GTA (Great Toronto Area). Students may be advised to pay 6,8 or 10 courses from $6900-9600 based on the individual case. For details, please visit

Report Card & Transcript
Sure.
You can check your grades, teachers’ comments and attendance (report card) by logging on the “Student Record” at www.taie.ca, entering the student ID and password one week after the examination.
You may have a transcript from the Academic Counselor at request.
Activities.
We have ea lot of exciting extracurricular activities going on every day in TAIE.
Students are actively involved in various social and entertaining activities. They have a lot fun experiencing in the Canadian social and culture environment and relaxing themselves from the intensive academic learning. They go to social clubs for the learning for public speeches, visiting museums, farms, universities, parliaments; they go out for picnic, canoe paddling, boat competition, beach volleyball contest, and basketball and ping pong ball championships. You can see them everywhere involving themselves in the Christmas Party, Halloween Partie….

How long can I get the Official Letter of Acceptance?
Normally within a week after we have received the required payments and application documents.
How long can I get my student visa/study permit?
It is subject to the following factors:
- the country/region you are applying from
- the documents you have prepared
- the time the immigration deals with your case
